S.C.A.R.S. was founded years ago by committed animal welfare activists in Greece. Their main concern is to support animals, especially those with disabilities, that cannot survive on the streets. Unfortunately, there are hardly any animal shelters in Greece; everything is essentially based on individual initiative. S.C.A.R.S. looks after 800 - 1000 cats every day in various protected cat colonies. The dog in Greece shelters are run by the local authorities, but not according to the standards we are familiar with in Germany, for example. In cooperation with various reputable animal welfare organizations, help is provided especially in times of crisis, such as forest fires, flood disasters and earthquakes. Our donation goes 100% to the animals.

Reine des Coeurs e.V. is a committed association in Germany that campaigns against sexual abuse and supports marginalized groups in Africa, including orphans, widows and single mothers. The organization was founded by the well-known African singer La Reine YOSÉ, herself a survivor of sexual abuse and a widow. Yosé recognizes the deep-seated trauma and challenges faced by these vulnerable populations. Building on her experiences and resources gained from living in Germany, the founder aims to provide basic medical care, psychological therapy, educational scholarships for orphans and sustainable livelihood programs. In this way, widows and single mothers can be empowered. Reine des Coeurs e.V. strives to build a compassionate support system that transforms lives, builds resilience and promotes healing, especially in communities affected by trauma and poverty.

PA1 – Together for Africa supports young women in Kigamboni, Tanzania, in building a better future. The organization offers girls in difficult situations protection, education, and career opportunities to help them lead independent lives. In a six-month course at the training center, participants learn tailoring skills. Additional workshops in batik, hairdressing, gardening, and computer literacy improve their job prospects. They also receive lessons in English, home economics, and sex education to strengthen their confidence and independence. Many come from unstable family backgrounds or have no access to education. PA1 provides a safe space where they can learn, grow, and develop. After completing the program, the organization helps graduates enter the workforce, promoting long-term self-reliance. Through this holistic approach, PA1 creates lasting opportunities for young women and empowers them to shape their own futures.
